We often get asked to include sites in our porn tube category here and often they turn out to be just not worth the bother. Yet another tube based on the same script with the same layout and the same videos as all the others. As you can imagine this leaves us rather unimpressed and wanting the two minutes back that it took to find out what a waste of time it was.
So when I was asked to take a look at ThePornArea I wondered if it would be the same story. But I was pleasantly surprised this time. The thing that strikes you first of all is the nice clean interface. It looks a little like XVideos but less cluttered. You have nice large clear thumbs which give a good insight into what you're about to see. There isn't a bewildering array of videos to work your way through on the first page either. It's all really nicely laid out with the right amount of thumbs at the start, then some of the categories in alphabetical order (although maybe I'd prefer it if it presented them in order of popularity) and below that some enticing thumbnails leading to profiles of popular pornstars who appear in the videos.
The categories page shows a decent amount so everyone should find a niche here they like. It's a little short on Indian and Brazillian videos though but you can't have everything! I like the way the categories are listed down the sidebar showing how many videos in each one, as well as having a thumbnail for each to wet your appetite.
So, clicking through to a category that is always one of my favorites, public sex, I see a good selection of thumbs which all preview genuine outdoor porn clips and this is another sign of a quality tube site. You so often find that on lesser tubes the videos are mis-categorized so half of them are of no interest to you which makes trying to browse by category a bit of a waste of time. But not here. Clicking on a thumb leads straight to the video and another sign of a quality, user friendly site - the video auto-starts (at least on desktop) meaning there's no faffing around closing down advert overlays. I get to watch a hot clip with Silvia Dellai getting a fucking right out in public somewhere in a city in Czech Republic and if I wanted to see more of her there are several more thumbs conveniently placed below for me to browse. Nice.
The video player is simple enough and there is literally no buffering when skipping to the best bits, which obviously we all do. As far as I could tell all videos are in HD, and they look to be 1080p quality too, not 720. No grainy old phone clips here thankyou very much!
This is how porn tube sites should be done. All those budding porn barons who want to start their own site should take note.
